Here's another one that's a preview for an upcoming post. Can anyone tell me what this is?

A hornwort of sorts?
ReplyDeleteBtw, welcome to FoS! =D
Some sort of podostem..oid?
ReplyDeleteLooks like you got it, Reprobus...

Upon realising it wasn't a hornwort and was likely some sort of dicot, I gave up...
That was quick (I was hoping for people to waste time looking up bryophytes). There'll be a Podostemaceae post some time next week.
ReplyDeleteChristopher you gave it away in your previous post. We do read them y'know.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of bugs (proper ones) - how about a piece on scale insects some day? Now that's a weird bunch of bizarre beasts...
Dude, that broccoli has gone bad.
ReplyDeleteI've already covered scale insects. Twice.
ReplyDeleteOK... We do read them. But maybe not ALL of them! Didn't know the males had lost the hindwings - I'll look more closely next time I get a chance.
